When you call this number you get somebody who actually turns wrenches. Not a call center, not a dispatcher reading off a script.
We've been fixing electronics around Cincinnati for [X] years — started on [phones / computers / appliances] and picked up board-level work along the way, which is the part most shops won't touch. It's why we can usually repair a control board instead of telling you to go buy a new refrigerator.
We'll tell you straight when something isn't worth repairing. We'd rather lose the job than take your money on a machine that's going to fail again in four months.

Board-level repair
Here's where most people get told to buy a new one.
A control board goes out, and the tech who shows up quotes you a replacement board. Half the time that part isn't even made anymore, so the next sentence is "you're better off replacing the unit."
We open the board up instead. Usually it's one relay with welded contacts, or a capacitor that's bulged, or a connector that cooked itself. An hour of soldering against a thousand-dollar appliance.

Call, or fill out the form with the code and the model number off the sticker. If we already know what's wrong, we'll say so on the phone and bring the part with us.
We come look at it
We read the codes, test the components, and write down what it'll cost before touching anything. You'll never get a phone call halfway through with a bigger number on it.
It's fixed before we leave
Most of what we see gets handled on the first visit. When a part has to be ordered, you'll know the price and the day before we pull out of the driveway.
